The A-REIT Survey is an annual publication which started in 1994, making it one of the longest running surveys of Australian Real Estate Investment Trusts (A-REITs) in the country.
The annual survey results report covers topics such as:

- Industry pressure from external forces; i.e. inflation, workforce changes and consumer changes.
